Today I received an update from TikTok confirming that they’ve officially granted me Artist status on my profile—something I’ve been working toward for several months.
To qualify for this recognition, TikTok requires a real foundation as an artist: your music must be officially distributedinto TikTok’s library, you need multiple released tracks available on the platform, and there must be genuine usage—people creating videos with your songs. On top of that, you have to complete the Artist Certification process inside the app, verify your identity, and link your streaming-artist accounts so TikTok can confirm your catalog.
It’s taken months of releasing music, building traction, and meeting all of these requirements, but today TikTok finally activated the Artist label on my profile. I’m grateful, and it feels incredibly rewarding to see that recognition now displayed on my page.
