Heartbreak rarely arrives with clear explanations. Sometimes it comes through silence, unanswered questions, and the painful realization that someone who once felt inseparable has simply disappeared. With Broken, I wanted to explore that emotional reality through music, examining what happens when trust is shattered without closure and the process of healing becomes a journey measured not in days or months, but in personal growth.
Inspired by the poem of the same name, this four-track EP reflects on the emotional aftermath of an uncommunicated breakup and the lingering impact it leaves behind. Rather than focusing solely on loss, the project examines the confusion, vulnerability, and resilience that often emerge when a meaningful relationship ends without the opportunity for understanding or farewell.
At the heart of Broken is the idea that unanswered endings can leave the deepest emotional scars. When a relationship once filled with hope suddenly gives way to silence, the absence of explanation often becomes as painful as the separation itself.
