I’m sharing a 60-second preview of Track 8, “Dancing Under The Moonlight,” right now, ahead of the December 26 release of my upcoming album, Winter Rhapsody Volume 2: Echoes of Medina.
This album is my second all-instrumental release and forms part of a six-album instrumental series drawn from my entire music catalog. Echoes of Medina is shaped by Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Moroccan musical influences, which give the album its sense of place, movement, and quiet emotional pull.
“Dancing Under The Moonlight” is based on my poem of the same name—a piece centered on restraint, longing, and the delicate tension of a moment that almost becomes something more. The poem lingers in silence and proximity: two people standing close, eyes lowered, hearts aware of each other yet unable to cross the final distance. It’s about hesitation, imagination, and the intimacy that exists even when nothing is spoken.
Within Winter Rhapsody Volume 2: Echoes of Medina, this track captures a softer, more wistful energy. It reflects the feeling of being suspended between possibility and loss, where an entire future can be imagined in a glance that never quite happens. The 60-second preview introduces the emotional tone of the piece—gentle, reflective, an d filled with unspoken anticipation—while leaving the full story to unfold with the complete album.
This preview is an invitation to step into that fleeting moment: the imagined dance, the almost-confession, the closeness that feels just within reach. It’s a reminder of how powerful a single moment can be, even when it ends in silence. Some connections live not in what happens, but in what nearly does.
The full version of “Dancing Under The Moonlight” will be available with the release of Winter Rhapsody Volume 2: Echoes of Medina on Friday, December 26. Until then, this brief preview stands as a quiet memory in motion—a glimpse of a night that exists between hope and hesitation, still waiting beneath the moonlight.
