Every October feels like a mirror to the past. There’s something about the air — crisp, cool, and filled with the scent of change — that brings me back to moments that once felt eternal. That’s where “October Once More (Lament Reprise)”came from: the quiet ache of nostalgia, the warmth of love remembered, and the bittersweet beauty of letting go.
When I first wrote the poem “October Once More,” I never imagined it would evolve into a song, let alone a full project. It began as a reflection — a way to preserve a fleeting chapter of connection that still lingered in memory. Turning those words into music allowed me to explore them more deeply, to feel the emotion behind each line and translate it into sound.

This collection expands on the world of the original poem, featuring three interpretations that each tell a different side of the story — from longing to release, and finally, to acceptance.
This project is incredibly personal to me. It’s for anyone who has ever had a moment in time that they can’t forget — a season, a person, or a feeling that still visits them when the leaves start to fall. Through this song and this EP, I wanted to remind listeners that even when something ends, its beauty can live on through art, memory, and music.
