You Don’t Realize How Perfect You Are To Me (Artemis) | Official Music Video

by Christopher Louie

“You Don’t Realize How Perfect You Are To Me (Artemis)” is a music track that I envisioned could move in two worlds at once—anchored in emotion, but driven by rhythm; grounded in thematic symbolism, yet free enough to dance. As the fourth track on the EP, “Artemis” was always meant to be a turning point, a pulse-shifting moment where the project opens its lungs and begins to breathe in a different way.

“Artemis” strikes with a burst of kinetic energy. Its foundation is unmistakably dance-focused—steady, pulsing, and alive—but midway through, the song pivots into a short instrumental passage infused with a Mediterranean color palette. I wanted the sound to feel sun-warmed and ancient, yet undeniably modern: hand-drummed rhythms reimagined through electronic textures, melodic phrases that echo coastal traditions, and shimmering tonal flourishes that feel like moonlight hitting water.

For me, “Artemis” represents motion—graceful, instinctive, and unbound.

That’s the spirit I wanted to carry into the official music video.

Translating the track visually became an opportunity to build a world shaped by contrasts: shadow and light, stillness and movement, softness and strength. The video leans into a dreamlike aesthetic, using symbolic imagery rather than literal narrative. The visuals embody a feeling—freedom moving through darkness; a silent call toward something both wild and luminous.

The choreography-like sequences, the interplay between natural elements and stylized lighting, and the subtle mythological motifs all reflect the dual identity of the music. “Artemis” isn’t just a reinterpretation of the EP’s central theme—it’s a release of energy, a moment where emotional storytelling accelerates into motion.

Each track on the EP explores a different symbolic identity, but this one, in particular, allowed me to stretch the project outward. It’s a reminder that emotion doesn’t always whisper; sometimes it moves, spins, and radiates outward. Sometimes it feels like running through the night guided only by intuition and the glow of something unseen.

Sharing the music video early with listeners through the official website and my official YouTube Artist Channel @ChristopherLouiePoetry felt like the right choice. This project has always been about connection—about offering a world people can step into—and moments like this give that world room to expand before its wider release.

With the EP arriving on streaming platforms in two days on May 29, 2026, this video serves as a preview of the energy, symbolism, and musical experimentation woven throughout the entire collection. “Artemis” is both a midpoint and a portal—an invitation to experience the EP not just emotionally, but physically, visually, and rhythmically.

As I continue to release more visual pieces, cinematic-pop explorations, and future chapters of this musical universe, my hope is simple: that each listener finds a moment—however brief—where the world becomes a little more vivid, a little more immersive, and a little more alive.
