I’m excited to announce the upcoming release of “Winter Rhapsody Volume 2: Echoes of Medina,” arriving on December 26, 2025. As the second chapter in my Winter Rhapsody instrumental sextet, this album continues the journey that began with Dawn of Solitude, while introducing a warmer, more ancient tonal palette rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influence.
This sextet is especially meaningful to me because it reimagines my entire music catalog in a fully instrumental form across six albums. In Echoes of Medina, the oud and guitar take center stage, carrying the emotion and narrative of each composition. Their interplay creates an intimate, organic sound—one that feels both timeless and deeply reflective. Subtle atmospheric layers enhance the melodies without overpowering them, allowing the instruments to speak with clarity and restraint.
Where Dawn of Solitude focused on stillness and solitude, Echoes of Medina leans into memory, place, and emotional resonance. The album is designed to feel like walking through echoing corridors of the past—where warmth lingers in the cold and familiar melodies surface like distant recollections. It’s meant for moments of quiet reflection, late-night listening, or winter evenings when music becomes a bridge between emotion and stillness.
