Happy Birthday
It was today,
this month and day,
but not too many years ago,
that heaven sent,
by God’s own hands,
the most beautiful child this world got to know.
God went to much length,
to gift this child strength,
talent and beauty that are unrivaled.
The angels sang the child praises,
that lit up everyone’s faces,
because joy was spread upon this child’s arrival.
And soon the child grew,
and that child became you,
who I am very lucky to call a friend.
You are gentle and fair,
and although I can’t be there,
but sending you a wish is my intent.
I wish you good health,
prosperity and wealth,
to be part of your life always.
May all negativity disappear,
with joy and laughter for another year,
and all your wishes come true – Happy Birthday!
