🌙 Christopher Louie Poetry – “Dancing Under The Moonlight (Moonlight Mix)” 🌙
Music has always been more than sound to me—it’s memory, emotion, and storytelling woven together. Today, I’m proud to share my newest chapter with you: my 6-track EP, Dancing Under The Moonlight, now streaming everywhere.
This project has been a labor of love, born from quiet moments of reflection and the desire to capture feelings that words alone couldn’t contain. At its heart lies the poem Dancing Under The Moonlight, a piece I wrote about longing, missed chances, and the quiet beauty of unspoken connection. The verses are as much about silence as they are about possibility—about the magic that lingers in a moment that almost was.
Here’s an excerpt from the poem that inspired the EP:
“I briefly lost myself in reveries
that I’d ask you out for dinner that night.
We would make some great memories;
I’d take you dancing under the moonlight…”
Each track on the EP reimagines this feeling in a new way:
-
Track 1 – Reimagined
-
Track 2 – Heartbeat Mix
-
Track 3 – Moonlight Mix
-
Track 4 – Old World Mix
-
Track 5 – Sentimental Mix
-
Track 6 – Reimagined Extended
Every mix is like a different lens on the same story—sometimes tender, sometimes nostalgic, sometimes filled with pulse and energy.
To bring this vision to life visually, I’ve also released the official music video for the “Moonlight Mix”, which captures the intimacy and dreamlike nature of the poem in cinematic form. It’s a glimpse into the world where words and music meet under the glow of the moonlight.
This EP is an invitation. An invitation to feel, to remember, and to imagine. Whether you listen late at night or on a quiet morning, my hope is that Dancing Under The Moonlight meets you where you are and gives you a moment of stillness, connection, and beauty.
You can stream the EP now on Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, and Amazon Music Unlimited. And if you want the full experience, check out the new music video for the “Moonlight Mix”—it’s the heartbeat of this project.
From my heart to yours, thank you for listening. May these songs remind you of the times you stood close to someone, almost said what you felt, and dreamed of the moment where your eyes finally met under the moonlight.
